Our Reverse Engineering Process

From concept to completion in four strategic steps
1

Send us your broken part

Start by shipping us your broken or discontinued component. We accept parts via Canada Post or drop-off at our Coquitlam facility. Don't worry about cleaning it up—we just need the physical part to work from.
2

Digital scanning

Using professional-grade 3D scanning equipment, we capture your part's geometry with precision down to 0.05mm. Our RevoScan system generates a detailed point cloud that maps every surface, curve, and mounting feature. This digital mesh becomes the foundation for accurate CAD reconstruction.
3

Reverse engineer in CAD

Our team uses Fusion 360 to transform the 3D scan into a manufacturable CAD model. We don't just trace the original—we analyze stress points, optimize wall thickness, and improve structural integrity where the original part failed. The result is a professionally engineered replacement that matches OEM fitment while addressing known weak points.
4

3D print your replacement

Your part is 3D printed on our Bambu Labs H2D printer. This automotive-grade material offers exceptional strength, heat resistance, and durability. Each part is inspected for dimensional accuracy and fitment before being shipped directly to you, ready to install.
