Submit Your Part

Start by shipping us your broken or discontinued component. We accept parts via Canada Post or drop-off at our Coquitlam facility. Don't worry about cleaning it up—we just need the physical part to work from.

3D Scan

Using professional-grade 3D scanning equipment, we capture your part's geometry with precision down to 0.05mm. Our RevoScan system generates a detailed point cloud that maps every surface, curve, and mounting feature. This digital mesh becomes the foundation for accurate CAD reconstruction.

CAD Reconstruction & Engineering

We use professional CAD tools such as Fusion 360 to convert 3D scan data into a manufacturable model. This process focuses on functional geometry, fitment, and durability, rather than copying proprietary manufacturing methods. Any engineering changes are made with the goal of improving service life while maintaining compatibility with the original assembly.

Manufacturing

Your part is 3D printed on our Bambu Labs H2D printer using high-performance materials selected for your specific application. We'll recommend the best material based on your part's mechanical requirements, operating environment, and intended use. Each part is inspected for dimensional accuracy before shipping.

Pioneer Reverse Engineering is for enthusiasts and restorers working to keep rare, aging, or unsupported machines alive. When a part is no longer available, a Pioneer helps initiate the reverse engineering process so that a reliable replacement can exist again.

Using a customer-provided original, we document, scan, and engineer a functionally equivalent replacement. Where appropriate, we apply modern materials or targeted refinements to address known failure points while preserving original fit and function.

Pioneers receive recognition for helping bring a discontinued part back into service. As a thank-you for supporting the process, we may offer reduced engineering costs or future purchase considerations. Once established, the part may be made available to help others facing the same problem.
