Return and Refund Policy

At Entragra Prints, we stand behind the quality of every part we create. Because each component is custom 3D-printed specifically for your vehicle, we have a specialized return policy designed to be fair for both you and our business.

90-Day Quality Guarantee

We guarantee all our parts against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. If your part arrives defective or fails due to a manufacturing issue within this period, we'll replace it at no cost to you.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Cracks, warping, layer separation, or structural failures caused by printing issues
  • Dimensional Errors: Parts that don't match the specified dimensions or fitment
  • Material Defects: Issues with the printed material itself (excluding normal wear and tear)
  • Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit to you

What's NOT Covered:

  • Damage from improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Modifications made to the part after delivery
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or extreme conditions
  • Incorrect fitment due to vehicle modifications not disclosed during ordering
  • Color fading from prolonged UV exposure (automotive use)

Made-to-Order Policy

All parts are custom manufactured specifically for your order. Because of this:

  • No returns or refunds for change of mind
  • No cancellations once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order)
  • All sales are final unless covered by our Quality Guarantee above

We strongly encourage you to verify fitment details and specifications before ordering. If you have any questions about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.


Replacement Process

If you believe your part qualifies for replacement under our Quality Guarantee:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at entragra@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (multiple angles)
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos of the part installed (if applicable)

Step 2: Evaluation

We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days and determine if the issue is covered under our guarantee.

Step 3: Resolution

If approved:

  • We'll manufacture a replacement part at no charge
  • You keep the original part (no need to return it)
  • We'll ship the replacement using the same method as your original order
  • Typical turnaround: 5-7 business days from approval

If not covered:

  • We'll explain why and may offer a discounted replacement if appropriate
  • You're welcome to place a new order at full price

Shipping Damage

If your part arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the packaging and damage
  • We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement ASAP
  • You may be asked to keep the damaged item until the claim is resolved

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong part:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll send the correct part at no charge
  • Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

Fitment Issues

Before claiming a defect, please verify:

  • The part number matches your vehicle year/make/model
  • Your vehicle hasn't been modified in ways that affect fitment
  • Installation instructions (if provided) have been followed

Refunds

Because all parts are made-to-order:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds except in cases of billing errors
  • Approved claims are resolved with free replacement parts only
  • If you receive a damaged item and choose not to receive a replacement, we can issue store credit for future use
